ONLINE SAATHI does not guarantee the performance, reliability, or quality of the remittance services provided by third-party service providers.
Users acknowledge that any disputes concerning the service quality, cost, delivery, or any other terms must be directly addressed with the service provider. ONLINE SAATHI shall not be liable for any unauthorized, mistaken, or fraudulent payments initiated by the user. In cases of such incidents, the payment will not be refunded and will be credited directly to the recipient’s account as provided by the user. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of all remittance transactions. ONLINE SAATHI will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from errors in the payment details provided by the user.
- Travel Services:
ONLINE SAATHI provides a platform for users to book bus, air, and rail tickets. It is important to note that ONLINE SAATHI does not operate any transportation services and acts solely as an intermediary between users and the service providers. Users are responsible for selecting the appropriate travel operator or mode of transportation.
ONLINE SAATHI’s responsibility is limited to facilitating the booking, issuance, and cancellation of tickets, as well as providing support for refunds in cases of cancellation. The user acknowledges that ONLINE SAATHI is not liable for any issues, inconveniences, or disruptions that occur during travel, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, missed connections, or service quality. - Domestic Money Remittance:
ONLINE SAATHI facilitates domestic money remittance services, but it does not assume responsibility for delays, failures, or errors in transactions caused by factors attributable to banks, the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), or any other governmental or financial authority.
Users are required to ensure that the funds used for remittance are obtained from lawful sources and are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. ONLINE SAATHI disclaims any liability for transactions that are delayed, rejected, or reversed due to regulatory issues, banking errors, or violations of legal obligations. The user acknowledges that ONLINE SAATHI will not be responsible for any losses or damages resulting from such issues.
