Online Saathi App Account Deletion Guidelines

Here’s how you can create information about deleting an account in the Online Saathi app

1. Account Deletion Request:

• Users must submit a request to delete their account.
• Contact the Online Saathi support team via email or a support ticket.
• Email: support@onlinesaathi.org
• Use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject line in your email.

1. Required Information:

• Provide your registered mobile number and email address.
• Optionally, mention the reason for account deletion.

1. Data Erasure:

• Once the account is deleted, all user data will be permanently erased.
• After deletion, no data from the account can be accessed, and this process is irreversible.

1. Confirmation:

• After the account is deleted, you will receive a confirmation email that your account has been successfully removed.

1. Re-registration:

• If you want to use the app again, you will need to create a completely new account. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
