Here’s how you can create information about deleting an account in the Online Saathi app
- Account Deletion Request:
- Users must submit a request to delete their account.
- Contact the Online Saathi support team via email or a support ticket.
- Email: support@onlinesaathi.org
- Use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject line in your email.
- Required Information:
- Provide your registered mobile number and email address.
- Optionally, mention the reason for account deletion.
- Data Erasure:
- Once the account is deleted, all user data will be permanently erased.
- After deletion, no data from the account can be accessed, and this process is irreversible.
- Confirmation:
- After the account is deleted, you will receive a confirmation email that your account has been successfully removed.
- Re-registration:
- If you want to use the app again, you will need to create a completely new account. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
