Refund Policy

 Overview

At Online Saathi, we are committed to providing high-quality services. However, we understand that there may be instances where users need to seek a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.

 General Refund Terms

  1. Non-Refundable Payments

   – Once a user selects and pays for any service plan or offer announced by Online Saathi, the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  1. KYC Verification

   – A User ID will only be created after successful KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. If a user fails to complete the KYC process, Online Saathi will not be able to create the User ID, and the payment made for the plan or offer will not be refunded.

 Refund for Failed Transactions

  1. Automatic Refunds

   – If a transaction fails for reasons directly attributable to Online Saathi and a confirmation of failure is received from the payment gateway, Online Saathi will automatically process a refund to the user’s bank account.

   – Refunds will be issued within 3-21 working days from the date of the failed transaction.

   – The refund will only include the actual transaction amount, excluding payment gateway charges and applicable taxes.

  1. Service Failure

   – If a transaction is marked as successful but the user does not receive the services, the user must submit a complaint by emailing our customer care team at [customer care email address].

   – Online Saathi will investigate the complaint and may issue a refund based on the findings of the investigation.

   – In all cases, Online Saathi’s liability is limited to providing a refund equivalent to the payment received for the specific transaction. Online Saathi is not liable for any additional claims or consequential damages arising from failed services.

  1. Agreement Terms

   – This Refund Policy is subject to all the terms and conditions stated in the User Agreement, as well as any agreements with business associates, retailers, or distributors of Online Saathi.

   – Refunds are processed in compliance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring that personal and payment information is handled securely and in accordance with data protection regulations.

  1. Changes to Policy

   – Online Saathi reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through email or a notice on our platform.
